Too Good to Be True on Power Supply?
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That is how I see the Philipstown Town Council’s foray into Community Choice Aggregation (CCA). Under CCA, the town will join with other communities to purchase electricity for its residents from an Energy Service Company (ESCO). The program is modeled after one recently established in Westchester.
