To the Editor:  Congresswoman Nan Hayworth went to Washington to represent us, not to further her own political agenda. Many of her constituents are now suffering from the effects of Hurricane Irene with great damage and, in some cases, devastating loss of homes, businesses, and the crops on farms right at harvest time.
