Concetta A. Timoney

Visitation Thursday evening, funeral Mass Friday

Concetta A. Timoney, age 81, a lifelong resident of Cold Spring, died on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Elms of Cranbury in Cranbury, NJ.
Born April 20, 1930 in Cold Spring, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Anna (Arrigo) Frisenda. She was the widow of the late Edward W. Timoney, who predeceased her in 2003.
Mrs. Timoney was a retired executive secretary with ILGWU in New York, NY retiring in 1969. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring, and a local election inspector.
Survivors include one son, Edward W. (Diane) Timoney, III of North Carolina, and one daughter, Maureen (Mark) Dynarski of East Windsor, NJ. Five grandchildren Hope, Abigail, Graham Edward, Anna and Emily also survive.
A mass of Christian burial will take place 10 am, Friday, August 19, 2011 at Our lady of Loretto Church 24 Fair Street Cold Spring, NY 10516. Interment will follow in Cold Spring Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the Clinton Funeral Home Corner of Parrott & Pine Streets (21 Parrott Street) Cold Spring, NY 10516 on Thursday, August 18th from 5 to 8 PM. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association 2900 Westchester Avenue, Ste. 306 Purchase, NY 10577.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Clinton Funeral Home Cold Spring, NY.
