The Village of Cold Spring Historic District Review Board will hold their regular monthly meeting Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 8:00 pm. at the Village Hall, 85 Main St Cold Spring. The agenda is as follows

Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday June 6, 2011, for the purpose of considering the following applications:
Regular Meeting Start Time: 6:00pm
The following public hearings have been scheduled for June 6, 2011 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
1.      Mann, Robert-40 Cold Spring Road
            (TM#62.-1-27/ File #2010-0061)
The applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct a single-family residence located on 0.25 +/- acres of land and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
   2.      Liverzani & Faranda-83 & 87 Bryant Pond Road
            (TM# 74.-1-11&12/ File: 2011-0082)
The proposed action consists of a lot-line realignment between Liverzani and Faranda. The subject properties are located on Bryant Pond Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.
3.             Bernstein, Ben-310 Lake Shore Drive
(TM# 30.18-1-61/File: 2011-0085)
The subject property consists of ±0.78 acres of land and is located on Lake Shore Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing to demolish and reconstruct a single-family residence. The Planning Board will commence its review of the project plans and will consider making a decision on the Sketch Plan.
4.        NYC DEP- 1919, Route 301
        (TM# 19.-2-16/File: 2011-0084)
The applicant, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), is working on rehabilitating Shaft No. 8, which will require work within the boundaries of the NYCDEP’s property. The subject parcel consists of ±0.92 acres of land, located in the Planned Commercial Park District (PC) Zoning District.

 Amendment to originally approved site development plan to pave access road,
 owned by Thomas Phillips.
   6.       Rodrigues, Jose – Peekskill Hollow Road
             (TM: 73.-1-69/File: 2009-0034)
The applicant is proposing a single-family residence on approximately 18.79 acres of land, located on Peekskill Hollow Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The Planning Board will continue its review of the project plans.

Notice is hereby given that I have received the warrant and tax book for the year 2011/2012 and that I will receive taxes at the office of the Village of Cold Spring Clerk, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 
8:30 am to 4:00 pm, during the period from June 1 to June 30th within which period of time taxes may be paid without additional charges.
On all taxes remaining unpaid as of July 1, 2011, five percent (5%) will be added for the first month and 1% for each month or fraction thereof until paid.
