Town Board Looks To Trim 2001 Highway Department Budget With Bonding For Major Repairs
Faced with the prospect of dramatic tax hikes in order to pay for badly needed bridge and drainage work, the Philipstown Town Board is considering paying for the improvements via municipal bonding, which would have far less financial impact on taxpayers.
